Refund policy
Exchanges
- We can exchange products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit.
- Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at cottonkraft@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item. We will revert back within 24 working hours.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at cottonkraft@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be cancelled, returned/exchanged; custom products (such as special orders or made to order items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before the order is ‘shipped’. To cancel your order, you can write to us at cottonkraft@gmail.com with details of your order number.
Refunds
As a policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once sold the product can be exchanged for replacement.
